Website information
This website provides general information about NanoCloudBox and possible pilot deployments. Content is not a binding offer, guarantee, service-level commitment or professional legal, compliance or security advice.
Pilot requests are non-binding
Submitting a request or discussing a pilot does not create a contract. A deployment begins only after both parties agree on a written proposal or service agreement covering scope, responsibilities, pricing and applicable commercial terms.
Scope and availability
NanoCloudBox is modular. Hardware, storage capacity, backup targets, remote access, network protection, password management, private email and support levels depend on the customer environment and agreed proposal.
Labels such as core, configured per pilot, optional, conditional and roadmap/V2 describe the normal product direction. They do not override the written scope. Roadmap items are not promised delivery dates or included functionality.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about users, data volume, network, devices and business requirements.
- Identify an authorized owner for access, policy and operational decisions.
- Use the system lawfully and keep user credentials and devices reasonably secure.
- Review and approve backup retention, recovery expectations, access rules and any migration plan.
Backup, recovery and availability
Backup is useful only when targets, retention and restore expectations are defined. The applicable proposal or service agreement specifies the backup design, recovery assistance, exclusions and any service-level commitments. No website statement guarantees uninterrupted availability or that every incident can be prevented or fully recovered.
Private email and third-party services
Private email is conditional on network, static IP, DNS and deliverability requirements. Some deployments may also depend on hardware, internet providers, domain registries, storage targets or open-source and third-party software. Their availability and terms may affect the final solution.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or service to break the law, interfere with systems, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, infringe rights or attempt unauthorized access.
Intellectual property
The NanoCloudBox name, website design and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party software, fonts, icons and other components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Warranties and liability
The website is provided for general information and may be changed as the product develops. To the extent permitted by law, liability, warranties, exclusions and remedies for a real deployment are governed by the signed agreement, not by this website.
Changes and governing terms
These website terms may be updated when the site or product changes. The governing law, dispute process and contract hierarchy for a deployment are defined in the applicable signed agreement.
